1. Am I Locked in to a Contract?
No, services are month to month and you can cancel at any time. Once you sign up, you will be charged monthly to continue service and you may cancel at any time.
2. Does the Samantha Ai Sound Like a Robot?
Samantha actually sounds just like a real live human is taking the call. We train Samantha to answer questions that you provide. For any questions Samantha doesn't have answers to, she will let the customer know that someone will get back to them with an answer. As with anything in life, nothing is perfect, but your Samantha Ai will be pretty darn close! At least you won't have to worry about Samantha taking sick days!
3. How Many Questions Can Samantha Ai Ask?
We can train Samantha to ask or answer up to 20 questions and answers you provide, but keep in mind customers don't typically like to answer too many questions on a call, so always keep your customer experience in mind. You will get an email summary of the call once the call is complete.
4. What Does the Email Summary of the Call Include?
Once the call is complete, Samantha will send you an email (and text if you like) with a summary of what the call was about. You don't have to listen to long voicemails or read long transcripts. Keep in mind the email summary may not be transcribed perfectly every time, but you will be able to understand what the call was about and whether it is worth your time to call it back, or if it was just a marketer trying to waste your time.
5. Can Samantha Answer My Current Phone Number?
We will provide you with phone numbers that will ring your phone, and if you do not answer, the Samantha will pick up. You can also forward your existing number to the numbers we provide and we can have Samantha automatically pick up all your calls for you.
6. Can Samantha Help With Spam/Marketing Calls.
Absolutely! Samantha answers the calls and deals with the marketers for you and once you see the email summary, you know you won't have to waste your time calling them back!
